Greg Thomas is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Technology Investment Banking at D.A. Davidson. He has over 20 years of experience advising clients on M&A and strategic capital solutions. Greg has advised on 100+ deals representing over $20 billion in value, including several of the firm’s largest, most visible transactions, and has received multiple industry awards for his accomplishments. He drives the firm’s software investment banking strategy, advising leading technology sponsors and founder-led software companies with a focus on vertical solutions and the rapid evolution of AI.
Prior to joining D.A. Davidson in 2006, Greg spent several years with one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest publicly traded wineries. He graduated from Oregon State University, magna cum laude, with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
