Nathan Ail is a Director for the Investment Banking group, where he focuses on transactions in the financial institutions sector. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, fairness opinions, and strategic advisory assignments. Nathan has closed more than 95 transactions with combined value over $10 billion. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Nathan was an accountant at Moss Adams LLP. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
