Steven Fleisher is a Managing Director in the Debt Advisory Group within D.A. Davidson’s Investment Banking Group. He has more than a decade of experience advising private equity-owned, family-owned, and public companies on debt and equity financing transactions. Steven leverages his capital markets experience and relationships to arrange senior and junior capital financings for clients across D.A. Davidson’s Technology, Diversified Industrials, and Consumer verticals.
Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Steven held roles at middle-market investment banks, including BTIG, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Cowen.
He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Emory University and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Steven is also a CFA charterholder.
