David Douglas is a Managing Director in the Technology Investment Banking Group. He has more than a decade of experience advising on transactions for middle-market technology companies with an emphasis on SaaS businesses.

David has significant transaction experience, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, fairness opinions, equity and debt capital raises, and other financial advisory assignments. He has worked with both public and private companies with an emphasis on founder and management-owned businesses. He has executed more than 95 strategic and financing transactions totaling over $25 billion in total transaction value.

David graduated magna cum laude from the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in economics with departmental honors.
