Dylan Fodel is a Vice President in the Diversified Industrials Investment Banking Group. He has experience executing sell-side and buy-side M&A, working with clients on strategic advisory initiatives, and raising public and private capital. He has worked with public and private companies, private equity firms, and founder- and management-owned businesses. Dylan has executed transactions totaling over $10 billion in value.
Before joining D.A. Davidson, he was an Associate in Wells Fargo’s Investment Banking Group, focusing on mergers & acquisitions as well as capital markets transactions. Prior to Wells Fargo, Dylan worked in consulting at ACA Compliance Group, focusing on the hedge fund and private equity sectors.
Dylan earned an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a finance degree from Wagner College.
