Brett Theriault is a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group, where he is focused on executing transactions and pitches, building relationships with clients, providing strategic advice, and long-term solutions for their success.
Brett has experience executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, public and private offerings of debt and equity, branch purchases and sales, valuations and financial advisory services for clients. He has over seven years of experience working with community and regional banks.
Before joining D.A. Davidson in 2015, Brett was an investment banking analyst at Bridgepoint Merchant Banking.
Brett graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Iowa.
