Steven Orr is a Vice President in the Consumer Investment Banking Group, where he is focused on building deep relationships with his clients and driving optimal transaction outcomes. He joined D.A. Davidson in 2018 and has experience executing sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raises, public offerings, strategic advisories, and restructuring projects. He has worked with public and private companies, private equity firms, and founder-owned businesses.
Previously, he has held investment banking and buy-side investing roles at Corner Capital Partners and Balmoral Funds, among other firms.
Steven earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in mathematical finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
