Ken Kantowitz is a Director in the Debt Advisory Group and brings over a decade of experience helping clients across a wide range of industries raise both debt and equity capital in support of a number of different uses and situations. Based in New York, he joins D.A. Davidson from Lazard’s Capital Solutions Group. Ken spent more than six years advising the firm’s sponsor and non-sponsor middle market clients on both debt and structured equity capital raises. Prior to Lazard, he worked for Société Générale in their North America Leveraged Finance Group and Raymond James in their Technology Investment Banking Group.
Prior to beginning his career in investment banking, Ken graduated from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics.
