Brian Casey is a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group, where he is focused on executing transactions and pitches, building relationships with clients, providing strategic advice, and long-term solutions for their success.
Brian has experience executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, public and private offerings of debt and equity, branch purchases and sales, valuations, and financial advisory services for clients. He has more than 10 years of experience working with community and regional banks.
Before joining D.A. Davidson in 2019, Brian was a senior analyst at Parks Capital Management and Hildene Capital Management.
Brian graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
