Rupert Cox is a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group, where he is focused on executing transactions, building client relationships, and providing strategic advice.
Rupert has experience executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, public and private offerings of debt and equity, branch purchases and sales, valuations, and financial advisory services for clients. He has more than five years of experience working with community and regional banks.
Before joining D.A. Davidson in 2021, Rupert worked at ECHELON Partners, where he focused on M&A transactions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments in the wealth and investment management industries.
Rupert holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
