Zach Bohan is a Vice President in the Diversified Industrials Investment Banking Group, where he focuses on Industrial Automation and Specialty Materials. He has experience executing sell-side and buy-side M&A, working with clients on strategic advisory initiatives, and raising public and private capital. He has worked with public and private companies, private equity firms, and founder-owned businesses.
Zach joined D.A. Davidson in 2017 as an Analyst and has broad experience across the Diversified Industrials sector, having worked on Aerospace & Defense, Building Products & Materials, and Infrastructure & Environmental Services transactions during his tenure. He began his career with D.A. Davidson in the Denver office, but now resides in Boston where he is focused on the growth of the Northeast team and expansion of the firm’s cross-border advisory capabilities.
Zach earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
