Rob Arnold is a Managing Director in the Consumer Investment Banking Group, focusing on advising clients in the Multi-Unit Services, Restaurants & Franchising sectors. Rob brings more than 20 years of experience executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, public offerings of equity, and other strategic advisory assignments. In his career, he has worked with numerous entrepreneurs and high-growth brands across several consumer categories.
Most recently, he was Senior Managing Director at B. Riley Securities. Prior, he led Raymond James’ North American restaurant practice for more than 12 years, elevating the firm’s reputation within the restaurant industry. Earlier in his career, he worked at several other investments banks, including Piper Jaffray & Co. and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Rob graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
