Based in Boston, Jay Hernandez is a Managing Director for the Investment Banking group, where he focuses on Industrial Technology.
Jay has more than two decades of experience in M&A and corporate finance working with private equity and venture capital firms, family offices, founder-owners, corporate executives, and institutional investors in Industrial Technology. Most recently, he worked at Raymond James & Associates, Inc., where he led the global Industrial Technology practice, covering Test and Inspection, Process Meters and Controls, Robotics and Automation, and Industrial Digitization markets. Prior, he worked with Moelis & Company and Harris Williams & Co. as Managing Director.
Jay graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a Master of Business Administration, and the University of Arizona, where he received a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance.
