Ankit Kumar has more than a decade of experience in industrials investment banking and has advised on mergers & acquisitions, sales, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, activist defense, and debt & equity issuances. Most recently, he worked at Robert W. Baird, developing deep domain expertise across industrial technology, climate & infrastructure solutions, as well as machinery & equipment, advising both small and mid-cap corporate clients. Prior to that, he worked with Goldman Sachs, focusing on large-cap M&A and IPO transactions, and covering corporate clients in the broader Industrials space.

Ankit holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and has a bachelor’s degree in materials science engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
