Tomas Flanagan is a Vice President in the Debt Advisory Group within D.A. Davidson’s Investment Banking Group. He focuses on arranging capital solutions across the capital structure, from first-lien debt through structured equity for private equity, family and founder-owned, and corporate clients across D.A. Davidson’s Technology, Diversified Industrials, and Consumer verticals.
Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Tomas worked in the Capital Advisory Group at Solomon Partners, and in Restructuring Consulting at M3 Partners. He began his career in M&A Investment Banking with roles at Jefferies and Credit Suisse.
Tomas has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Fordham University.
