Maeve McMahon is a Vice President in the Consumer Investment Banking Group at D.A. Davidson, where she partners with and advises management teams, owners, and investors through complex processes and stakeholder dynamics. She has extensive experience executing sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements, with particular depth across the food, beverage, and agribusiness sectors. She has worked with private companies, sponsor-backed platforms, and founder- and family-owned businesses.
Prior to joining D.A. Davidson in 2026, Maeve spent nearly seven years at Cascadia Capital, most recently as a Vice President in the firm's Food, Beverage & Agribusiness Investment Banking practice, after progressing through associate and analyst roles.
Maeve earned a bachelor’s degree in classics from Harvard University and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, and was a member of the women’s varsity lacrosse teams at both institutions.
