Ryan Ferguson is a Vice President in the Equity Capital Markets Group, where he is focused on syndicate execution, transaction management, and supporting capital raising activities for corporate clients.
Ryan has more than eight years of experience in Equity Capital Markets, with expertise in equity offerings, bookbuilding, investor allocations, and syndicate strategy. He works closely with investment banking, sales, and trading teams to help clients efficiently access the capital markets and achieve their financing objectives.
Before joining D.A. Davidson in 2026, Ryan spent three years at Freedom Capital Markets and five years at Credit Suisse, where he gained experience in syndicate execution, equity capital markets transactions, and capital markets operations.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of South Carolina.
