Alexandra (“Alex”) Iseman is a Managing Director in D.A. Davidson’s Fixed Income Capital Markets group. Alex specifically focuses on public and private higher education and other not-for-profit bond financings. With the passing of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, Alex expanded her practice to include renewable energy financing opportunities.
Alex joined D.A. Davidson in 2013 from another Denver investment bank where she was a Vice President for more than seven years. She has structured over $2 billion in fixed rate and variable rate financings for various borrowers across the U.S. Prior to entering the investment banking arena, Alex served as the Finance Manager for the Colorado Chapter of The Nature Conservancy in Boulder.
Alex holds a B.S. (with High Distinction) in finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver.
