Steve Goehl has been licensed in the securities industry since 1999. He has been with D. A. Davidson & Co. since 2006, and has an extensive background in the municipal arena. Prior to becoming a public finance professional, Steve served as city administrator for the city of Boonville, Missouri, where he had previously been the city's first Director of Economic Development. Steve has served as Financial Advisor as well as lead banker on numerous transactions. His areas of expertise include essential purpose infrastructure financing for waterworks, sewerage and electric systems, municipal financing for administrative offices, parks and recreation, roadway and stormwater drainage improvements as well as special benefit district financing. Additionally, Steve maintains an active national practice in the performance contracting and energy efficiency sector. Steve provides analysis for debt transactions including debt capacity modeling, cash flow analysis and debt structuring scenarios.
Steve earned a bachelor's degree in business administration-economics from Quincy University (formerly Quincy College) in Quincy, Illinois. Additionally, Steve holds a Series 7, Series 50, Series 53 and Series 63 Securities Registration.
