Kurt Kitson is Senior Vice President of Sanitary and Improvement Districts (SID) financing group, and provides capital improvement financing for neighborhood infrastructures to developers. These financings include street paving, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, electricity, gas and water for single-family, multi-family, and commercial developments. Establishing public entity infrastructures via public finance of capital improvements is a method of financing unique to Nebraska.
Kurt holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
