John Kuehl is Senior Vice President and Manager of Sanitary and Improvement Districts (SID) financing group, and provides capital improvement financing for neighborhood infrastructure to developers. These financings include street paving, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, electricity, gas and water for single-family, multi-family, and commercial developments. Establishing public entity infrastructures via public finance of capital improvements is a method of financing unique to Nebraska. Prior to joining the firm, he was also associated with Paine Webber and First Mid America in the SID and Public Finance Departments.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Creighton University. He served on the Nebraska Securities Industry Association Board, belongs to the Optimist Club of Omaha and volunteers with numerous organizations.
