Dan Froehlich is a Managing Director in the Public Finance Group and has worked in public finance since 2005. He is involved in the development, execution and structuring of both tax-exempt and taxable debt financings for colleges and universities, independent schools, charter schools, and other nonprofit organizations. He has structured numerous public bond sales and private debt placements on behalf of his clients and has worked with dozens of borrowers to determine their debt financing strategies.
Dan holds an MBA from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
