His portfolio includes high-profile deals such as the $247 million Miami World Center Tax Increment, $576 million Centennial Yards (Atlanta) Tax Increment, $869 million Downtown Revitalization PID, and the $297 million Aurora Highlands Community Authority Board Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds.
