Amy Hayman joined D.A. Davidson in 2022, bringing over 30 years of corporate and investment banking experience to her clients. She specializes in strategic and capital solutions for senior living organizations including developing and executing capital strategies for new developments, expansions and recapitalizations.
Amy has extensive experience executing complex and innovative capital structures for both debt and equity for all types of senior living companies. Amy has executed over $5 billion in financing solutions and is active with mergers, acquisitions, affiliations and sales. She is a frequent speaker at senior living conferences and Board retreats across the country.
Prior to joining D.A Davidson, Amy was a Managing Director at Piper Sandler, preceded by Cain Brothers where she was a member of the President’s Advisory Council. Before joining Cain Brothers, Amy served as Vice President at B.C. Ziegler and Company and spent seven years in corporate banking.
Amy received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and holds a General Securities Registered Representative Series 7, 50 and 63 license.
