Kyle Lacy is Vice President of Sanitary and Improvement Districts (SID) financing group and provides capital improvement financing for neighborhood infrastructure to developers. These financings include street paving, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, electricity, gas and water for single-family, multi-family, and commercial developments. Establishing public entity infrastructures via public finance of capital improvements is a method of financing unique to Nebraska. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle was a CPA in public accounting for 8 years focusing primarily on real estate and construction. In addition to his CPA license, Kyle has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston College as well as a Masters in the Science of Accounting from Loyola University Chicago.
