Paul Donna joined D.A. Davidson & Co. in 2023 2023 after leading Baird’s public finance operations in Minnesota. Paul has more than 30 years of investment banking and municipal advisory experience. He offers innovative debt financing solutions and underwriting expertise to a broad spectrum of issuers including governmental, not-for profits, healthcare and higher education institutions throughout the Midwest. Paul also specializes in project finance solutions for renewable energy, waste-to-energy and energy savings developers and sponsors.
Paul earned his Bachelor's of Science in Economics from St. Cloud State University. He holds FINRA Series 7, SIE, 50, 52TO, 53 and 63 licenses.
