Whit Moloney is a Managing Director in D.A. Davidson’s Fixed Income Capital Markets group. Whit has worked in public finance for over 21 years and has served as investment banker or financial advisor on deals totaling over $10 billion. He has structured a variety of bond issues including general obligation, school district, water and sewer, higher education, independent schools, not-for-profit, revenue, utility, transportation, and tax increment financings. Whit joined D.A. Davidson in July 2024 from another investment bank where he was a Senior Vice President for nearly 13 years.
Whit holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rhodes College and an MBA from the Williams College of Business at Xavier University. He holds FINRA Securities Licenses of Series 7, 50, 53 and 63. Whit is a member of the Board of Directors of Peoples Exchange Bank in Winchester, Kentucky, and in June 2024, finished a six-year term on the Board of Trustees at Harding Academy in Nashville, Tennessee.
