Cody Wilson is a Managing Director in D.A. Davidson's Atlanta office. He has more than 17 years of experience in municipal real estate finance. Cody provides a deep and diverse background and has completed over $15 billion of projects and working capital needs for affordable housing, workforce housing, and student housing across the U.S. Cody has a broad range of experience with various financing programs and structures including FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, 501(c)(3) Bonds, Private Activity Bonds, Essential Function Bonds, Corporate Bonds, Public Private Ventures (P3), LIHTC, Issuer and Project Finance Credit Ratings and A/B Bond Structures. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and a Master of Business Administration, both from Troy University. Cody holds Series 7, 50 and 63 FINRA registrations.
