Douglas McKoy is an institutional salesman whose expertise covers all facets of mortgage backed securities, with a focus on insurance and strategy/hedge funds. Douglas joined D.A. Davidson in 2012 from Mountain View Securities. He started his career in 1993 as a trader/analyst at Conseco. In July 2000 he accepted a fixed income portfolio manager position at Munder Capital Management, serving in this capacity for over four years. Soon after, he assumed CIO/portfolio management duties at Surge Capital/Pure Point Capital. In November of 2010, Douglas joined Mountain View and directed his efforts to the sales side.
Douglas holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
