Bridget Ekstrom is a public finance banker primarily responsible for providing financial advisory and underwriting services to school districts, cities, counties, fire districts and other issuers across the state of Montana.
Since joining the firm in 1992, Bridget has successfully closed bond issues for projects that range in size from $100,000 to well over $100 million. Over the past two decades, she has helped hundreds of issuers in Montana and the Pacific Northwest region from the early planning stages often including a bond election process through bond structuring, disclosure, rating and analytics to successful pricing and offering and ultimately closing. Bridget has issued the first series of Impact Aid Revenue Bonds in Montana and numerous other specialty bonds to include Qualified Zone Academy Bonds (QZABs), Qualified School Construction Bonds (QSCBs), Recovery Zone Economic Bonds (RZEDBs) and Build America Bonds (BABs).
Bridget is a native of Fort Benton and holds a bachelor’s degree in business with highest honors from Montana State University. She holds NASD Series 7, Series 53 and Series 63 securities licenses.
