Suzanne Eide is an analyst who provides clients with technical and quantitative analysis, debt structuring and pricing research. Her analysis takes into consideration the issuer’s outstanding issues, debt policies, cash flow concerns and financing alternatives to maximize the benefits of the financing for the client. Her current focus is on city, county and K-12 education financings in the Northwest.
Suzanne joined D.A. Davidson’s public finance investment banking practice in January of 2008, and her prior experience includes six years in Banc of America Securities’ Public Finance group and three years at the Northern Trust Company. She has served as the lead debt structuring professional for senior managed financings on behalf of general municipal, school district, tribal, utility and nonprofit clients.
Suzanne holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also holds NASD Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
