Maura Lentini is an analyst with focus on K-12 education, higher education and health care financings, as well as municipal transactions. She has developed a specialty in analyzing debt capacity, structuring transactions and preparing credit rating presentations for school district, university and hospital clients.
Maura joined D.A. Davidson’s public finance investment banking practice in 2002 with several years of experience in the field of municipal finance, most recently as a Rating Analyst for the Public Finance Group at Moody’s Investors Service in New York. As a member of the Higher Education and other Not-for-Profit Institutions ratings team at Moody’s, she was lead analyst responsible for a portfolio of over 100 colleges, universities and other nonprofit institutions across the country.
Maura holds an MPA degree and a master’s degree in international relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University with distinction in all subjects.
