Richard Han is a public finance banker who works with states, local governments, school districts, universities, hospitals, airports and utilities to raise capital for new-money projects and refundings. His focus is primarily on municipal bond issues in California and the Western region. Previously he was a Managing Director of Investment Banking with Edward Jones.

Richard is a native of California and holds an MBA in finance and strategy from Washington University in St. Louis, a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law (Oregon Law Review), and a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California, Berkeley.
