Nayan Pasad is an institutional salesman responsible for non-agency MBS. He started his career as an Analyst for Credit Suisse Group in 2008, moving in 2011 to Trader and Analyst for Oak Hill Advisors, and for Odeon Capital LP in 2014. Before joining D.A. Davidson in 2017, he was a Sales and Trader with ED&F Man Capital in New York, filling a hybrid role covering institutional clients and dealers along with trading all non-agency RMBS products. Nayan excels at identifying undervalued bonds with large upside potential. His understanding of market conditions and sectorial knowledge enable him to intelligently invest the balance sheet.
Nayan holds a bachelor’s of engineering degree from the University of Mumbai and a master’s degree in bioengineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
