Peter Stein is an institutional trader in D.A. Davidson & Co.’s Fixed Income Capital Markets group with a focus on both new issue and secondary Agency CMOs. Peter works with clients to navigate markets, maximize opportunities, buy value, and avoid the Wall Street arbitrage. He joined D.A. Davidson in April 2020.
Peter began his career designing software for the fixed income arbitrage trading desk at Bankers Trust and later moved onto structuring and trading collateralized mortgage obligations at Bear Stearns. His 25 years of trading experience in the structured products markets also includes prior employment with Deutsche Bank and Arbor Research and Trading.
Peter is a Financial Decisions Systems graduate of the University at Albany in Albany, New York.
