Charles Bankard is an Associate Vice President and Public Finance Analyst at D.A. Davidson. Charlie has seven years of experience in public finance investment banking and has served as the lead analyst/associate in structuring sole or senior managed issuances for various types of municipal issuers and borrowers totaling over $1.2 billion in par.
Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Charlie was employed by M&T Securities where he worked as an investment banking analyst and associate in Public Finance in support of issuing clients in New York State, the Northeast and the Mid-Atlantic region. Charlie received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida and his MBA and M.S. in Finance from Loyola University Maryland. He holds Series 7, 52, 53, 63 and 79 FINRA registrations. Charlie received his CFA® charter in 2020.
