Tim Morzel is a vice president within the Special District Group at D.A. Davidson. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a vice president at Economic & Planning Systems, a land use economics consulting firm, where he was responsible for managing a range of projects, including residential and commercial market studies, development feasibility analysis, fiscal and economic impact analysis, urban renewal authority formation, tax increment financing (TIF) analysis and public-private partnership formation. He brings extensive experience working closely with public and private sector clients across the western United States with a focus on creating effective tools and strategies that achieve public sector goals and support successful real estate development projects.
Tim holds a master’s degree in urban and regional planning with a focus in real estate development from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
