Cheryl Page is a portfolio manager for Caprin’s municipal bond strategies. Prior to joining Caprin, she was a vice president at Trusco Capital Management (formerly Crestar Asset Management) where she managed three municipal bond funds — the Virginia Intermediate Fund, the Virginia Fund, and the Maryland Fund — and also invested in taxable bond accounts.

Cheryl graduated cum laude from State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in psychology. She is past president of CFA Virginia, past president of the Bond Club of Virginia, and past president of the Financial Planning Association of Central Virginia.
